Other purposes will always be communicated before any new processing.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

4.1. Consent:

When provided, it will be used for commercial communications or procedures to facilitate the operation.

4.2. Contract execution:

Processing necessary to fulfill contractual and pre-contractual obligations.

4.3. Legal obligation:

Treatment required by law, such as tax or regulatory obligations.

5. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

6. RETENTION PERIODS

  • After 5 years from the end of the business relationship, access is restricted to internal departments.

Automated decisions are not made in real estate mediation. Some services may use automated analytics to display personalized content based on interests, site navigation, or reactions to communications (e.g., targeted newsletters).

If the user does not wish this type of segmentation, he must refrain from subscribing to such communications.

8. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

All data is treated confidentially. Appropriate technical and organisational measures have been put in place to ensure protection against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or improper modification.

10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

If any provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate measures will be applied to ensure the same level of protection, such as standard contractual clauses, certifications or adherence to recognised mechanisms.
