While I was back in the States, she personally went to the house to meet with a technician, stayed there for hours while he worked, and handled translation with ease and care. She also generously connected me with trusted local resources, making the entire transition feel manageable and supported. Her kindness, integrity, and steady presence made what could have been an overwhelming process feel calm and cared for, and I will always be thankful for her.

We went to Tavira from London with the intention of buying a holiday home for our family. We had contacted Celia at Lemon tree homes before we went there. My husband and I put a lot of trust into Isabel this year, and she exceeded all of our expectations. We first asked her to sell our two Tavira apartments, which she did quite quickly and efficiently. She and her staff took care of everything including using the wonderful tool of “virtual staging,” adding digital furniture and design elements to pictures of our empty new apartment. After selling the two apartments, Isabel assisted us in purchasing a new home also in Tavira. We hired her two years ago to buy our first apartment, and she did a great job for us once again. Isabel is a breath of fresh air! She is not only knowledgeable about Tavira but also extremely kind, compassionate and generous. While we were looking at properties she also got us in touch with other professionals to help get our kids’ NIF as well as connect us with an agent once we needed to pivot to look at rentals. She’s easy to work with, extremely flexible, always gets back to you and gives you her opinion on what she thinks are things you should consider (that you may not even thought of).
