We went to Tavira from London with the intention of buying a holiday home for our family. We had contacted Celia at Lemon tree homes before we went there. Celia was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. She was easy to communicate with and had arranged viewings for several properties before we arrived. She escorted us and drove us to each and every one of them. Celia was so kind and thoughtful but also thoroughly honest and professional! She didn’t push us towards anything. My husband and I put a lot of trust into Isabel this year, and she exceeded all of our expectations. We first asked her to sell our two Tavira apartments, which she did quite quickly and efficiently. She and her staff took care of everything including using the wonderful tool of “virtual staging,” adding digital furniture and design elements to pictures of our empty new apartment. After selling the two apartments, Isabel assisted us in purchasing a new home also in Tavira. We hired her two years ago to buy our first apartment, and she did a great job for us once again. Isabel made both the buying and selling processes very easy for us, and my husband and I wholeheartedly recommend her for those considering a real estate transaction in Portugal.

Isabel and her team are top notch from start to finish! We recently very happily completed a new home purchase in Tavira using Isabel as our agent. She spent a considerable amount of time engaging with us to understand our priorities and preferences. She presented us with alternatives and gave us honest insight into the market and conditions that could impact our budget. She was an invaluable partner in helping us access various properties we visited together in person and later via video calls when we were out of the country. She always took the time to answer questions or to find answers if necessary. Once we made an offer she followed through to keep us informed of progress and timing. She did some hand holding until the deed was signed and got us into the apartment a number of times to measure and take photos. Even though Isabel was the seller's agent, she could not have done more to help us, the buyers, through the process. She was the person who provided the updates on what was going on and the one to chase others to provide information or complete actions. Regularly checking in on us and providing whatever help we needed was all part of the service provided. When problems arose, she took the initiative to get them resolved in her calm and persistent way. Even now that we're in our new home, Isabel continues to check in on us and offer help.
