Even though Isabel was the seller's agent, she could not have done more to help us, the buyers, through the process. She was the person who provided the updates on what was going on and the one to chase others to provide information or complete actions. Regularly checking in on us and providing whatever help we needed was all part of the service provided. When problems arose, she took the initiative to get them resolved in her calm and persistent way. Even now that we're in our new home, Isabel continues to check in on us and offer help. Shout out to Sofia too, who even came to EDP with us to help sort out a transfer issue. Definitely an Estate Agent we can recommend!
